2. Apple Crisps:
You Will Need:
- 2 apples
- ½ lemon juice squeezed in a big bowl of cold water
- Cinnamon and palm sugar – mix it in a shaker

How To:
- Slice the apples through the middle. Cut them from the top to the bottom. Using the pane slicer, slice the apples into very thin slices. Once they are cut, drop the apple slices in the bowl of cold water that is mixed with the lemon juice.
- Use baking paper to line an oven tray. Take out the apples from the water and lay them flat on the paper. Lightly sprinkle the cinnamon and palm sugar.
- Heat your oven to 80 degree C. Put the oven tray in the oven and dry it out for about three hours. Keep checking to make sure the apples do not burn.
- Once the apples are curvy, crispy and wavy, they will be ready to eat. If you do not want to bake them in the oven, you can also let them dry out naturally in the sun for about four hours. Make sure they are properly guarded from birds or other insects and such.
