1. Chicken And Carrot Puree:
You Will Need:
- 400 g peeled and diced medium carrots
- 100 g minced chicken
- Water
How To:
- Add the chicken and water in a pan and heat it. Add the carrots and cover with enough water. Let it boil.
- Reduce the heat and cover. Let it simmer till the carrots turn tender and the chicken is cooked.
- Let it cool. Blend in a food processor to make it smooth.
2. Perfect Chicken Puree:
You Will Need:
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cans of chicken broth
- Water
How To:
- Boil the chicken and broth over a high flame.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook on simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Add some water if the liquid reduces.
- Take the chicken out and keep aside. Do not discard the liquid.
- Once chicken cools, cut it into pieces.
- Add the chicken and remaining broth in blender and puree.

3. Easy Chicken Puree:
You Will Need:
- 2 chicken thighs – just use the meat
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ cup sliced leek
- 2/3 cup pureed tomato
- 1/3 cup dried apricots
- 2 cups peeled and chopped sweet potatoes
- 1 cup chicken stock or water
How To:
- Heat oil and sauté the leek for about four minutes. Add chicken and sauté for another two minutes.
- Add sweet potato and sauté for a minute. Add tomato puree, chicken stock and apricots. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Blend it to make a puree.
4. Chicken Puree With Eggs:
You Will Need:
- 1 lb. chicken
- 2-3 peeled and sliced carrots
- 2-3 parsnips peeled and sliced
- A slice of chopped celery root
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ stick butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water
How To:
- Put the chicken in a pan, cover it with water and place on medium heat.
- Once the water starts to boil, add the vegetables. Add some salt.
- Take out the chicken and keep aside to cool.
- Separate the meat and bones. Put the bones back in the broth to cook more.
- Take out about 2 cups of broth and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Add the 2 cups of broth. Remove from heat.
- Remove the broth pan from heat and strain into the butter and flour mix pan.
- Add the chicken meat. Season with salt and pepper as required.
- Put the soup in a blender and blend. Put it back in the pan and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add the beaten eggs and lemon juice immediately.
5. Chicken Broccoli Soup Puree:
You Will Need:
- 2 lbs. florets of broccoli crowns
- 3 skinned and diced medium potatoes
- 1 lb. chopped skinless and boneless chicken breast
- Ground pepper and salt to taste
- 1 carrot
- A piece of celery root
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 shallots
- Water
How To:
- Boil water and add carrot and celery. Reduce heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Add potatoes and let it boil. Add the chicken and let it boil for about 15 minutes. Next, add the shallots.
- Add the broccoli and cook till they start to turn soft.
- Remove from heat and add salt and pepper as per taste.
- Puree in the blender. Add heavy cream. Warm again for a few minutes.
6. Potato Leek Puree In Chicken Broth:
You Will Need:
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 pounds sliced white and green parts of leek
- ¾tsp salt
- 1 ½ pounds peeled and diced potatoes
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- White pepper to taste
- Water
How To:
- Heat oil and add the leeks and salt. Cook until the leeks are tender. Add a little water if required.
- Remove 1/3rdcup of the leeks and set aside.
- Add the potatoes, broth and milk. Let it simmer till the potatoes turn tender. Remove from heat.
- Puree in a blender and add lemon juice, pepper and salt as required.
7. Tomato Chicken Puree:
You Will Need:
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- 1 tsp chopped thyme
- 1 peeled and diced potato
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To:
- Heat butter and add celery and onion.
- Add the garlic and thyme and cook until it releases a fragrance.
- Add the tomatoes and broth and let it simmer over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Puree in a blender and add salt and pepper as per taste.
