You Will Need:

  • 1 cup of your kid’s favorite fruit
  • ½ cup of low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp organic honey
  • 1 cup of your kid’s favorite fruit juice

How To:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and churn until smooth.
  2. Pour the mix into tall glasses, and serve with a straw.

You Will Need:

  • 1 cup of cooked Fusilli wheat flour pasta
  • 2 carrots (sliced)
  • 1 green pepper (sliced)
  • 1 ½ cup of tomatoes (diced)
  • ¼ Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Pasta Seasoning
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)

How To:

  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla essence

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor except cooking spray and honey.
  2. Grease a nonstick pan with cooking spray.
