  • 5 ounce can of pinto beans rinsed
  • 3/4 cup mild salsa
  • 1 heart of romaine
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar

How To:

  1. Take a small microwave safe bowl and combine the beans and ½-cup salsa.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and then leave it aside.
  3. Tear the lettuce into small pieces.
  4. Then divide the mixture among the taco shells and top it with Cheddar cheese and remaining salsa.

2. Nutella Brownies:

You Will Need:

  • 1 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

How To:

  1. Grease a baking tray and preheat it to 350F.
  2. Mix all the three ingredients in a large bowl until the batter acquires a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Make sure your child does not bake the brownies for too long.

  • 4 green onions, chopped

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Roast the chicken over medium heat.
  2. Then add the taco seasoning to the chicken according to the directions.
  3. Place the pizza dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Then put the refried beans into a microwave bowl and cook for 1 minute.

  • 2 cups shells pasta

  1. Take a medium saucepan and simmer milk and pasta over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Once the pasta is cooked, remove from the heat and add cheese.
  3. Stir until the cheese melts.

  1. Spread the peanut butter on the tortillas.
  2. Then slice the bananas and arrange them neatly over half of the tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the banana slices and fold the tortilla.

  1. Take a microwave safe bowl and whisk sugar, cornstarch and cocoa together.
  2. Then whisk the milk well, so that it does not have any lumps.
  3. Place it in the microwave and cook on high for three minutes.
  4. Stir and cook for another minute.
  5. Keep stirring until it turns thick.
  6. Then add in the vanilla extract.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F for 3 minutes.

  3. In a bowl, combine sugar and butter.

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-tablespoon olive oil

How To:

  1. In a food processor, combine garbanzo beans, cumin, salt, garlic, olive oil and blend on a low speed.
  2. Then gradually add the bean liquid until you achieve the desired consistency.

9. Oreo Cookie Cake:

  • 1-packet chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping
  • 2 packet cream cheese
  • 1-cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 packet instant vanilla pudding mix

How To:

  1. Crush the cookies into bite size pieces and leave them aside.
  2. Then melt the butter and mix with the cookie.
  3. Press into a baking sheet or pan and freeze for 5 minutes.
  4. Blend ½ cup of topping, cream cheese and sugar and spread over the crust.
  5. Then put the cake back into the freezer.
  6. Prepare the instant pudding according to the directions and spread over the cake.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed cookies over the cake and refrigerate it.

10. Peanut Butter Popcorn:

  • 2 packets of microwave popcorn, popped
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 20 large marshmallows

How To:

  1. In a plastic bowl, combine brown sugar, margarine and marshmallows.
  2. Cook for a minute in the microwave until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Then sit STIR in the peanut butter.
  4. Pour the mixture over the popcorn.

11. Crispy Chicken Lollypop:

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken
  • breast halves – cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Crush the potato chips and leave them aside.
  3. Then whisk egg and milk together.
  4. Dip the chicken cubes into the egg mixture and then coat with the crushed potato chips.

  • 4 cans coconut milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

How To:

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice, coconut milk and salt and cook on high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.

13. Fruit Skewers:

  • 5 large strawberries, halved
  • 1/4 cantaloupe, cut into balls or cubes
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 apple cut into chunks 20 skewers

  1. Thread the fruits onto the skewers.
  2. Make sure your kid places 2 pieces of each fruit on each skewer.
  3. Arrange the fruit skewers decoratively on a platter.

  • 10 ounces of spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups finely crushed herb-seasoned
  • dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
