How to:

  1. Heat the oven to 374°F. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
  2. Blend the melted butter and sugars in a bowl into a creamy mixture. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. Sieve the flour, salt, and baking soda, and add them to the bowl. Mix the batter well with a wooden spoon. Add chocolate chips to the batter and stir well to mix them.
  4. Scoop small portions of the batter onto the baking tray, with enough space between each portion. Each tray should be able to hold 15 cookies.
  5. Bake for 8-19 minutes, until the cookies are well done at the edges but slightly softer in the center.

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • Ready-to-use white frosting

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter, sugars, and egg yolk using an electric blender, until you get a creamy batter. Blend in the cream cheese, vanilla, and orange zest and beat it again until you get a smooth mixture.
  4. Stir in the flour mixture and beat it until you get a smooth cookie dough.
  5. Divide the dough into two and make flattened disks out of each portion. Cover and refrigerate it for 2-24 hours.
  6. Use a rolling pin to flatten the disks into ¼-inch thick sheets. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter and put them on the baking sheet. Roll the remaining dough into a ball and repeat the steps to make more star-shaped cookies.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven. Transfer the baked cookies to a wire rack and let them cool.

  • ¼ cup flax seeds

  • ¾ cup golden raisins
  • ¾ cup mini M&Ms
  • ¼ tbsp cinnamon powder

Wet ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup rice milk
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ¾ cup canola oil

How to:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease parchment papers with some cooking spray and line them up on cookie sheets.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl, until they have blended well.
  4. Mix the dry and the wet ingredients and stir to combine them well. If the batter is watery, you can cover it up with a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
  5. Scoop the cookie dough on the parchment paper and gently flatten it using your hand.
  6. Bake the cookies for around 24 minutes or until they turn slightly brown.

You will need:

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • Colored sugar, for sprinkling

How to:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl, until they mix well. Add the vanilla extract and vinegar and beat until the mixture becomes fluffy.
  3. Combine the flour and the baking soda in another bowl and mix well.
  4. Stir the flour into the butter and sugar mixture and mix well until you get a smooth dough.
  5. Scoop a tablespoon of dough for one cookie, flatten it a little, and place it on a greased cookie tray. Place each cookie at least two centimeters apart.
  6. Top the cookies with colored sugar granules and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Let the cookies sit on the tray for two to three minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

  • ¾ cup unbleached all-purpose flour

  • 1.5 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp pure almond extract

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line up a baking sheet with a parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the applesauce, sugar, canola oil, vanilla, and almond extracts. Whisk to mix them well.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flours, salt, and baking powder. Stir in the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and stir it into a smooth dough. In the end, mix the dough with your hands to mix it well.
  4. Flour your hands and make small logs of dough and flatten them into 3-inch wide and ¾-inch thick.
  5. Place the logs on the parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes and bring the temperature down to 300°F.
  6. Remove from the sheet and let them cool for 15 minutes. Slice the logs into ½-inch wide slices and bake for 1-10 minutes. Flip the slices and bake for another 8-12 minutes.
  7. Transfer the slices to a wire rack for cooling.

How to:

  1. Prepare a cookie tray with parchment paper.
  2. Ground the toasted hazelnuts in a food processor, until they become a smooth powder.
  3. Add the flours, sugar, and salt to the hazelnut powder in the blender and process for 20-39 seconds. Add the butter and pulse for a few seconds until the mix comes together.

  • ¼ cinnamon powder
  • ¼ nutmeg powder

How to make;-

  1. pre heat the oven to 350 F
  2. mash banana in a bowl
  3. stir in peanut butter ,vanilla extract ,honey, quinoa, rolled oats, baking powder ,salt, cinnamon powder ,nutmeg powder
  4. in a separate bowl combine flaxseed and water to make a paste and to the cookie mixture .
  5. combine all ingredients well till you get a smooth dough
  6. scoop out the cookie dough and place it in circular shape on a baking tray lined with a baking sheet .
  7. bake for 15-18 minutes only.

Serve Immediately !

19. 3 Ingredient Banana Oatmeal cookie -Vegan /gluten free /refined sugar free /fibre rich /protein rich cookies

You will need;-

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 medium banana

How to:-

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl mash the banana
  3. Add oats and combine to make a dough
  4. Throw in the chocolate chips and stir well until they are spread throughout
  5. Take a spoonful of dough in your hand and form in a shape of a cookie
  6. Place on cooking sheet and bake for 12-15 min only .

Serve immediately.
