- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
- 1 ½ cup of fresh spinach, finely chopped
How To:
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Then stir in the milk and bring it to a boil.
- Now add grated cheese and cornstarch and cook for a minute or until the cheese melts.
