You Will Need:

  • 5 cups of cooked rice
  • ½ cup finely diced cooked chicken
  • 8 prawns, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup corn kernels
  • 2 shallots, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup peas, chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten

How To:

  1. Heat oil in a wok and when it starts sizzling, add corn kernels, shallots, cooked chicken, peas and prawns. Cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add rice and cook for 5 min. Keep stirring once every minute. Now add soy sauce and mix well.
  3. In a frying pan, cook the eggs for 30 seconds and scramble it with a fork.

You Will Need:

  • 2 cups of self-rising flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 cups of mixed vegetables, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon drop of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

How To:

  1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, chopped vegetables, eggs and flour.

You Will Need:

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 400 grams of salmon fillets
  • Canola oil spray
  • ½ cup of cooked corn kernels
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ red capsicum, chopped
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch strips and leave it aside.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs with lemon zest and salt.

  • 1 ½ pound of boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into 6 fillets
  • ¼ cup of buttermilk
  • ½ teaspoon of cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Kosher salt
  • 4 cups of corn flakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix buttermilk, cayenne, garlic powder and ½ teaspoon of Kosher salt.

  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine beans and ½ cup of salsa. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Tear the lettuce into small pieces.

  • 1 10-ounce packet of frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 16-ounce container of ricotta
  • 1 9-ounce package of lasagna noodles
  • 1 16-ounce jar of marinara sauce
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine peas, ricotta cheese and ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper.
  2. Spoon half jar of marinara into a square baking dish. Top it with 4 sheets of lasagna.

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup of parsley leaves
  • ½ cup of fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 packet of penne pasta
  • 12 oz. of small mozzarella balls

  1. In a serving bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, oil, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. Leave it aside for 4 hours.

You Will Need:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 medium red onion
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 small bunch spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chipotle peppers
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 oz. of Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • ½ head of romaine lettuce

How To:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet. Add chopped onions, sweet potato, ½ teaspoon of salt and cook for 10 to 12 minutes occasionally.
  2. Now add chipotles and beans and cook for 2 minutes. Add spinach and toss for 2 minutes.
  3. Divide the mixture amongst the 4 tortillas and roll up to make burritos.
  4. Cook the burritos until it turns golden brown both sides.
  5. In another bowl, whisk sour cream with lemon juice, remaining oil and ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper each.
  6. Add the sliced onions and romaine and toss well to coat.

10. Chicken Nuggets:

You Will Need:

  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • ½ cup of plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup of cornflake crumbs
  • 1/3 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce

How To:

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Coat it with flour and leave it aside.
  2. Whisk eggs in a small bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and corn flakes crumb.
  4. Coat the chicken pieces with flour, dust and dip in the beaten egg and lastly in the crumb mix.
  5. Place the coated pieces on the baking tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  7. To make the dip, combine sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl and serve with nuggets.
