• Frosted rose metallic moccasins
• Blush and glitter

How To:For The Dress:

1. Color the quilt batting using the long end of the chalk. Use a dark color shade and scrape off the coating using a butter knife.Color both sides of the batting completely.

2. Now split the batting just like you split a bread roll. By doing this, the costume looks fluffy like a real cotton candy.

3. Tear the batting into 4 to 6 inches wide strips. Also, pull the edges of the strip ends so that it looks more like a cotton candy, and the thick edge can blend as you wrap.
