2. Banana Pancakes:

You Need:

  • Sliced bananas
  • Self-raising flour

How To:

  1. Dust bananas with flour.

How To:

  1. Slice fish into small bites. Add flour in bowl. Break eggs in another bowl.
  2. Mix crumbs and rind in another bowl.

You Need:

  • Bread
  • Cheese
  • Sliced pear
  • Meat slice of choice
  • Butter

How To:

  1. Layer bread with cheese, pear, meat slice and close with another slice.
  2. Heat pan. Put butter on both bread slices from the outside. Cook till golden brown.

9. Singapore Noodles:

You Need:

  • Chicken breast fillet cut into thin strips
  • Vegetable oil
  • Beaten eggs
  • Chopped garlic, red chilli
  • Baby sweetcorn
  • Carrots cut into thin strips
  • Courgettes cut into thin strips
  • Beansprouts
  • Curry powder
  • Chicken stock
  • Peeled prawns
  • Thinly sliced spring onions
  • Chinese noodles

For Marinade:

  • Soy sauce
  • Sake
  • Sugar
  • Cornflour

How To:

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl, add chicken and marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in pan and add egg to make a thin omelette. Remove it from the pan and cut into very thin ribbons.
  3. Heat more oil and sauté the garlic and chilli for about 30 seconds. Take the chicken out of the marinade and add in the pan. Cook for about five minutes and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in wok. Add the baby sweetcorn and carrots and stir fry for about two minutes. Add the courgettes and the beansprouts and cook for another two minutes. Add the curry powder to the stock and mix. Now pour this into the wok. Add the chicken to the work. Add the prawns, spring onions and the egg ribbons and fry for another two minutes.
  5. Cook the noodles in boiling water as per instructions. Drain and mix with the stir fried mix.

10. Cheese Potato Bake:

You Need:

  • Chopped potatoes, onion, bacon, green onions
  • Olive oil
  • Cream or milk
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Grated cheese
  • Water

How To:

  1. Put potatoes in a pan, cover with water and boil. Make sure they are cooked.
  2. Heat oil in pan and cook the meat and onion. Make sure they are cooked too.
  3. Drain the potatoes. Add it to the onion and meat mix, add the cream or the milk and add the salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well and put in an ovenproof dish. Bake for about 30 minutes or till it starts to turn golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle green onions on top.

How To:

  1. Spread muffin halves with sauce. Add the vegetable and sprinkle with cheese.
