- 2 cups of freshly grated cheddar cheese

How To:
- Bake the sweet potato for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
- After the sweet potato has cooked, scoop out the flesh and mash well.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add flour to it. Whisk for 1 minute.

- 250ml of milk
- 55 grams of cheddar, grated
- 2 tablespoons of mascarpone
- 55 grams of gruyere cheese, grated
- ¼ teaspoon of Dijon mustard
How To:
- Steam the cauliflower florets for 15 to 20 minutes until soft.
- Meanwhile, combine milk and cornflour and whisk for 2 min.
