You Will Need:

  • 4 medium bananas halved
  • 8 ice cream sticks
  • 3 tablespoons of finely chopped peanuts
  • 6 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped

How To:

  1. Insert an ice cream stick into each half. Cover the banana halves with a cling film and freeze for 3 hours.
  2. Place the chopped peanuts in a shallow dish.
  3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and leave it aside to cool.
  4. When the chocolate has cooled, dip each banana half into the chocolate and then roll in the peanuts.
  5. Place on a wax paper lined tray and serve.

You Will Need:

  • ½ cup strawberry
  • ½ cup kiwi
  • ½ cup plums

  • Wooden skewers

How To:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the fruits along with the orange juice.
  2. Skewer the fruits neatly and place on a lined baking tray.
  3. Place the chocolate in microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate onto the fruit skewers.
  5. Refrigerate the skewers for 2 hours and soften at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.

You Will Need:

  • 1 pineapple, sliced roundly
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

How To:

  1. Heat a grill pan over high flame and grease with oil.
  2. Place the pineapple slices on the grill pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine honey, milk, and yogurt and whisk well.
  4. Spoon a teaspoon of the yogurt mix on the center of the grilled pineapple slices and serve.

  • 4 tablespoons of white butter
  • 1 tin of cherries
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • Cherry syrup
  • Vanilla ice cream

How To:

  1. In a sauce pan, melt the butter and add sugar and cherries to it.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes or until the cherries are soft and the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from the heat and add cherry syrup.
  4. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with vanilla ice-cream.

5. Oat And Fruit Granola Bars:

You Will Need:

  • 2 cups of cooking oats
  • 1 cup of grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup of flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of chopped dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of chopped dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Vanilla extract
  • Kosher salt

How To:

  1. Combine gated coconut, oats, sunflower seed and flaxseeds in a baking tray and spread evenly. Bake for 12 minutes.
  2. Then remove the mixture from the oven and add cranberries, dates and apricots with the oat mixture.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the maple syrup, honey, vanilla, butter and salt and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the honey and maple syrup mixture over the oat mixture and mix gently.
  5. Press the mixture into the pan and bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
  6. When done, let it cool completely and then cut into bars.

6. Fruit Jelly Cubes:

You Will Need:

  • 1 ½ cup of fruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Silicon molds

How To:

  1. Heat the fruit juice in a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin powder over it. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. Then stir the juice to combine with the gelatin. Simmer over medium heat until the gelatin dissolves.
  3. Stir in the honey and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Transfer the mixture into silicon mold and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  5. When done, use a knife to slice into cubes.

7. Peanut Butter And Banana Sandwich:
