You Will Need:

How To:

1. Provide all seven colors of the earth to your child, and help her shape the clay of each rainbow color into long semi-circular strips.

2. Now, arrange all clay pieces in as per the rainbow’s color pattern such that red at the top, then orange, yellow, green, blue, and indigo and the violet arched clay strip at the bottom as you see in the figure. You can add some blue clay at the two ends of the clay rainbow as the sky base.

2. Rainbow-Colored Flower Craft:

You Will Need:

• One big white flower with all its petals white or light-colored
• Paint brush
• Red, blue, orange, green, yellow, indigo, and violet food colors
• Seven bowls and little water

How To:

1. Put all seven rainbow colors in the bowls, each in the different container, and add a little water to them.

2. Tell your child to paint each petal of the white flower with one of the colors of the rainbow in order. Color one of the petals red, the next one orange, and then yellow, and accordingly till violet color. Guide the child to arrange all 14 chalks in the rainbow color pattern on a big cardboard starting with two red pastels at the left, two orange to the right of red, then yellow, and so on till two violet pastels are at the right end. • Small water bowls or containers
