Here are some delicious and easy to make quiche recipes that your kid will love:

1. Quick Quiche Bite:

You Will Need:

  • 1 pie crust (refrigerated)
  • Meat of choice
  • Oil
  • Chopped onion
  • Cheese (shredded)
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Nutmeg Powder – optional

How To:

  1. Preheat your oven to a temperature of 425 degrees F.
  2. Place the crust in a pie dish and bake for about five minutes.
  3. Remove the crust from the oven and reduce the temperature to 375 degrees F.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and add meat. Cook it over medium flame until it turns crisp.
  5. Remove it from the pan and place it on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
  6. Use the remaining oil in the pan to sauté the onions. Remove the pan from heat. Shred the meat and add it to the onions in the pan.
  7. At the bottom of your pie shell, sprinkle half the amount of cheese you’ll be using. Add the meat and the onion mix over this.
  8. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add the milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg powder. Pour this over the meat and the onion. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese. Bake until it turns golden brown.

2. Broccoli And Bell Pepper Quiche:

For this kids quiche you will need:

  • Bell peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Oil
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt

How To:

  1. Heat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Slice the top of the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Put the peppers upright in a custard cup and put them in a baking pan. Stuff the broccoli inside the bell peppers.
  3. Brush a little oil on the bell peppers.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Now add the milk, garlic powder, and a dash of seasoning. Mix well and pour over the broccoli.
  5. Bake for about sixty to seventy minutes. Once you switch off the oven, let it cool for about five to ten minutes.

3. Mini Cheese Quiche:

You Will Need:

  • Breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray
  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper Powder
  • Cheese (shredded)

How To:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a muffin cup with cooking spray.
  2. Pat some breadcrumbs at the bottom of the muffin cup. Lightly coat the sides of the muffin cup as well.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, cheese and pepper powder. Whisk it well. Pour it into the muffin cup.
  4. Bake it for about fifteen minutes. Let it cool for about five to ten minutes inside the oven. Carve out the quiche from the muffin cups and serve.

4. Asparagus And Tomato Quiche:

for this kid friendly quiche you will need:

  • Pie crust (baked)
  • Asparagus
  • Cheese (shredded)
  • Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Sour cream
  • Salt
  • White Pepper Powder

How To:

  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Boil water and blanch the asparagus for a minute.
  3. Sprinkle some cheese on the bottom of a pie crust. Add asparagus and tomatoes on top.
  4. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add sour cream, salt, milk, and pepper. Whisk the egg mix well. Now pour this over the stuffing in the pie shell. Bake for about forty minutes. Let it cool for about five to ten minutes. Cut out wedges and serve.

You Will Need:

  • Butter
  • Baking mix
  • Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Vegetables
  • Meat of choice
  • Premade crust
  • Salt
  • Pepper Powder

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Add the butter, baking mix, eggs, milk and seasoning in a bowl. Whisk it well. Now add the vegetables and meat. Add the cheese a little at a time and keep stirring. Pour this mix into the crust.
  3. Bake this for about fifty-five minutes to an hour.
