You Will Need:

  • 6 cups of Water
  • 3 Tbsp Ajwain or carom seeds

How To:

  1. Boil some water and ajwain (carom seeds) in a pot.
  1. Remove the pot from heat and keep it aside to cool.
  1. Strain the water and discard the ajwain (carom seeds).
  1. Let your baby sip this potion at regular intervals while it is still warm.

2. Carom Seeds And Garlic Pouch:

You Will Need:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp ajwain or carom seeds
  • A dry and clean muslin cloth

How To:

  1. On a pan, dry roast two cloves of garlic and one Tbsp of ajwain or carom seeds. Remove the pan from the heat and keep it aside to cool.
  1. Place the mix in a clean and dry muslin cloth. Tie the cloth tightly to make a small pouch.

You Will Need:

  • 6 cups of Water
  • 1 tomato
  • 2-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Ajwain or carom seeds

How To:

  1. Add garlic, ajwain or carom seeds, tomato and water in a pan. Bring the mix to a boil.
  1. Remove the pan from the heat and keep it aside to cool. Pour all its contents into a blender and churn.

You Will Need:

  • A glass of milk
  • A pinch of dry and freshly powdered turmeric – preferably homemade

How To:

You Will Need:

  • A cup of water
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 2 Tulsi or Basil leaves
  • 2 pepper pods
  • 2 cardamom pods

  1. Boil the water along with all the other ingredients.
  1. Strain and let it cool down.
