Akino Ogata

Akino Ogata owns a YouTube channel "Kitchen Princess Bamboo" with over 500 videos and 200k subscribers. Her videos cover a wide range of Japanese recipes, from traditional "Miso from scratch" to "Modern Japanese Baking." She considers it her mission to deliver healthy and delicious Japanese recipes to her worldwide followers. She is a board member of the local food hygiene committee. Previously, Akino worked in a Swiss-based MNC for seven years after completing her graduation in English from Konan Women’s University. She has 15 years of experience in running a pastry shop, which she started out of her passion for baking and cooking. Akino is a mother of a 20-year-old boy and a 2-year-old Russian Blue cat.
