Massage therapist & Athlete
Amanda Bolen is a massage therapist and a sportsperson. She has retired from her massage therapy practice at Discover Wellness in Orillia, where she provided her services to people with pain/stress/injuries/illness, athletes, and health-aware individuals, among others. She graduated from CCMH in 2004 and did holistic health courses, including reflexology, reiki, meditation, aromatherapy, and energy balancing. Additionally, Amanda had a successful career in competitive hockey and soccer. She has also coached various teams and continues to do so at the high school level. In 2019, Amanda underwent teacher training and she currently works as a health care technology teacher with the Simcoe County District School Board.
