Beth Opfer is a practicing, licensed registered dietitian nutritionist in Ohio and sees patients privately for nutrition counseling throughout Northern Ohio. She has 7 years of experience and is also a food blogger for the Cleveland area, working with several local eateries around the city. After studying Public Health and playing basketball for her first two years on an athletic collegiate scholarship at Slippery Rock University, Beth transferred and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Kent State University in 2013 and her Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2015. She completed her Dietetic Internship and earned her Registered Dietitian credential in 2014.
