Dr. Carmela Augusta Dayrit-Castro

Dr. Carmela Augusta Dayrit-Castro is a board-certified dermatologist with eight years of experience. After completing her dermatology residency program at Phillippine General Hospital, she did her fellowship in pediatric dermatology from the University of Toronto. She is currently working as a dermatology consultant at Phillippine General Hospital. She also runs her private practice in aesthetic skin treatments. Her special interests include hemangiomas and other vascular tumors and malformations; chronic diseases, including atopic dermatitis, alopecia, vitiligo, and acne. Dr. Dayrit-Castro also specializes in laser treatments for both cosmetic and medical indications. She has been a faculty member teaching residents and medical students.
