Holly Ford is a renowned recipe developer and founder of the Korean & Asian recipe website Beyond Kimchee. A graduate from Brigham Young University, Holly is a food columnist and cookbook author. She has written many recipe columns for The Korea Herald and Korea Joongang Daily, among others. Her work was also featured in a gluten-free magazine, Food and Travel (Singapore) and Dramafever. Her first Korean cookbook, Korean Cooking Favorites was published worldwide in 2019 and features 75 easy, homestyle Korean recipes. She shares her cooking and food experiences with her readers through her website and social media.
