Jeremy is a former US Marine and the owner of Jumping JAC’s fitness studio. He has over 10 years of professional fitness experience in training those with chronic conditions, the elderly, weight loss clients, athletes, and tactical operators (military, fire, police). He has done group and individual training, both in-person and over video. He has trained in long-term care facilities, small group training studios, retirement communities, residences, and traditional gyms. Jeremy holds a master’s degree in exercise science from the California University of Pennsylvania, as well as the industry’s top credentials from organizations, such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Association of Speed and Explosion (NASE) to name a few. He was named as one of the top instructors for World Instructor Training Schools (WITS) in 2019, during which he was asked to take on the role of head trainer for New York Fitness. As the head trainer, he oversaw the trainers in three facilities and was responsible for hiring trainers, writing policies and a newsletter, and ensuring the trainers were properly qualified and educated. Currently, he works exclusively for his own training studio located in Middletown, Pennsylvania. He offers in-person and virtual fitness coaching, teaching, and program design.
