Jessica Jefferson is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a certified perinatal mental health professional who is trained to help clients suffering from mental health disorders like anxiety and depression. She graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Miami, a Masters in Psychology in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Masters in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. With around eight years of experience, Jessica has dedicated her life to learning the tools and tricks to help clients reach their full potential in their life and relationships. Whether that is an individual who is tired of feeling depressed and wants to reconnect with the person they once were or a couple who wants to reconnect with their partner. One of her biggest passions is helping moms to feel connected to who they were before the baby and create more confidence in their abilities after having a baby. Her goal is to help clients create more meaning for themselves on their terms, regardless of the obstacles placed before them. Her hope is to help break down the barriers and stigma that exist in the mental health field so that everyone can have access to those services. She believes that with the help of a mental health professional, anyone can increase their confidence and fulfill their dreams.
