Shelly is a licensed nurse, doula, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Her areas of expertise are Aetna and Unicare. In the last 15 years, she provided medical care to more than a thousand families in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Shelly works as a lactation consultant at UMASS Memorial Hospital in Worcester. She also conducts classes on childbirth and breastfeeding at various hospitals and sites in Central and Eastern Mass.
