  • It is good to start simple. Make sure you are not using strong spices in the puree like cayenne.
  • Herbs and dried spices can be a good idea, but remember to use them in smaller quantities.
  • The herb that you mix in the puree must blend well. This will ensure it does not over power the puree.
  • You can add your breast milk or formula milk in the puree to get the desired consistency. Adding fruit juice will offer a sweet tangy taste that she will certainly love. Make sure the juice is fresh.
