1. Mince and Sweet Potato Pie:

Ingredients:
- 500g mince
- Two tsp olive oil
- One onion
- Two carrots
- 200g peas
- 300g baked beans
- Two sweet potatoes
How To Make:
- Preheat the oven to 190’C
- Peel the sweet potatoes and chop.
- Add the potato pieces into a pan of boiling water.
- Take a large pan and heat some oil in it.
- Next, add chopped onions and carrots. Fry until the onions have become soft.
- Next, add the mince. Fry till it is brown in color.
- Cook on for about 10-12 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the peas and beans and cook for few more minutes. Don’t forget to stir occasionally.
- Your sweet potatoes should be done by now. Take them out of the pan and mash.
- Now, pour the mince into an oven safe dish and put the sweet potato mash on top.

- 600g sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- Two garlic cloves

- Five pineapple rings
- One tsp rose harissa
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 50g almonds
- 100g pumpkin seeds
- Gram flour
- Bread rolls
How To Make:
- Preheat the oven to 220’C
- Cut the sweet potatoes in half and bake in for 30 minutes. Do not peel the potatoes.
- Once they are done, scoop out the flesh.
- Now, fry the onions until soft.
- Add the garlic, and Moroccan spice mix.
- Fry for another 30 seconds or so. Keep stirring continuously.
- Chop the pineapple rings into small cubes and put in a big bowl along with the cooked sweet potato flesh, fried onions, rose harissa, breadcrumbs, almonds and pumpkin seeds.
- Pat these contents into shape and make around eight thin burgers.
