The X-Men are a superhero team from the Marvel Comics Universe. The story begins when Professor Xavier trains a few mutants to use their powers for the benefit of the humanity. He recruits Iceman, Angel, Beast, Cyclops and many others and calls them X-Men because of the mutant X-Gene they share. 1. Professor X:

This is one of the special x men coloring pages featuring Professor X, the founder of X-Men. Although he is a paraplegic, his body houses the most powerful mutant mind. He can read, control and influence human minds. He trains the mutants to fight for equality and peace between the mutants and humans in a world where anti-mutant intolerance is quite prevalent.

2. Cyclops:

Cyclops possesses the ability to project a beam of ruby colored force from his eyes, which acts as an aperture between this universe and the other. His body absorbs the ambient energy from the environment that allows him to open in the apertures.

Ice Man is a mutant who can lower the internal and external body temperature without harming himself. He can radiate intense cold from his body and can reach 105 degrees Fahrenheit within a few seconds. Also, Ice Man can freeze any moisture in the air into hard ice.

4. Jean Grey:

Jean Grey is a mutant with telepathic powers that enable her to read minds and project her thoughts into the minds of others. She can mentally stun her opponents with psionic force. Her power of telekinesis allows her to manipulate and levitate the objects and stimulate the heat molecules to produce concussive blasts.

5. Beast:

Storm is a powerful mutant with the ability to control the weather. She can control all forms of precipitation, humidity, moisture and temperature. She controls both Earthly and extraterrestrial ecosystems. She can also breathe underwater by separating water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen. Storm is also adept at hand-to-hand combat.

7. Nightcrawler:

Nightcrawler is a mutant who teleports by opening a portal into another dimension. But his limited extrasensory ability prevents him from teleporting into an area that he cannot see or has not seen in the past. His flexible spine allows him to perform contortionist like feats. He can remain in a semi-crouching position for long periods without sustaining any injury.

8. Wolverine:

The most popular member of the X-Men, Wolverine has the power to heal almost any wound. A secret Canadian organization captures him and infuses an admantium (indestructible metal) skeleton in him. As a mutant, Wolverine possesses the ability to regenerate damaged cells at a greater rate than any ordinary human. Due to his extensive training as a soldier, Wolverine is exceptional at hand-to-hand combatant. In fact, he is a master of all fighting styles on Earth.

9. Polaris:

Polaris was an active X-Men member, but, unfortunately, she lost all her powers on M-Day. She got her power back technologically by Apocalypse. As a mutant, Polaris can control magnetism, just like her father, Magneto. She can generate the magnetic fields to manipulate, harness energy blasts and create force fields.

10. Emma Frost:

Emma Frost is another mutant of this series. She projects psionic force bolts that have no physical effects, but can make the victim unconscious. She can also induce mental pain by touching the brow of her victim. Emma can build devices that can amplify and utilize her psionic energy for various effects.
