Deyasini holds a bachelor's honors degree in English Literature from Jadavpur University and a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Fashion Styling from the London College of Style. She has three years of experience in the fashion industry, working as an editorial and product stylist, following which she has chosen to return to her roots in the language arts as a commerce content writer at MomJunction.
Beginning her career in London's vibrant fashion scene, she started out styling runway shows for illustrious designers like Julien Macdonald, Xiao Li, and Paul Costelloe, among others, at London Fashion Week. Subsequently, she worked with magazines such as House of Solo, Dreamlingless, and Streets, styling editorial and advertorial campaigns for brands, designers, and artists. Pursuing the dream of editorial styling back to India, she joined the fashion arm of the India Today media group. Here, she curated cover shoots and editorials for Cosmopolitan and Harper’s Bazaar, while writing lifestyle features for Brides Today. Choosing to carve her own path, she then ventured into the world of freelance editorial and product styling. She has crafted bespoke campaigns for marquee brands and luxury designers such as Swarovski, The Collective, Amaris, Tarun Tahiliani, Diageo, Berzeri, and more. The body of work she meticulously created has since graced fashion magazines, advertisements, and billboards across the nation.
