  • For dinner, you can have 100 grams of roasted chicken breast, half a cup of broccoli, any one fruit, and if you are used to having sweets, you can go for 1 scoop of fat-free ice cream or a piece of any sugar-free sweet.

Apart from this, you should refrain from eating anything in between. If you feel the need to eat something in between these meals during the day, you can have psyllium husk along with a cup of lukewarm water. They are easy to digest, good for digestion, and will not interfere with your weight loss program. Psyllium husk is easily available in the market and is not expensive.

  • Your breakfast should include 3 slices of bread, preferably whole wheat bread with a low-fat cream cheese spread and 1 boiled egg. You can also consume any low-calorie hot beverage along with it, preferably black coffee without sugar.
  • During lunch, you can have 2 slices of low-fat cheese, 1 boiled egg, and one whole wheat bread toast.
  • While having dinner, you should consume 2 chicken sausages, half a cup of sprouts, 1 fruit, and a simple salad. A low-fat, sugar-free ice cream can be your treat!

This would be the finale of your diet struggle. Make sure that you adhere to this last day’s diet plan sincerely to get the best results.

  • Starting with breakfast, you can have 3 slices of toasted bread with 25 grams of mozzarella cheese, and one fruit. Add any low-calorie drink to sum up your breakfast.
  • While having lunch, you can eat 1 whole wheat bread toast with cream cheese spread along with a low-calorie drink.
  • Lastly, when having dinner, you can only eat 1 boiled egg, 1 grapefruit, and some low-fat ice cream or a piece of any sugar-free sweet.

Again, to remind you, if you feel hungry in between different meals, munch on psyllium husk. It will make your stomach feel full and satisfy your hunger.
