If you walk into a high school classroom today and call out the name “Rahul” or “Anjali” you are most likely to see more than one kid responding. We’re tired of it KJo! Says not just the fans but the Bollywood celebrities themselves. Refraining from all the “popular” names, Bollywood celebrities are naming their children as unique as possible. This is not particularly with Bollywood alone. Remember when Chris Hemsworth named his daughter India Rose and Kylie Jenner named her daughter Stormi? Exclusive names are something that’s catching on and we can’t wait to stick a glass eye to get a clearer picture.

Here are some of the most unique names chosen by Bollywood couples in the past few years:

Shahrukh And Gauri Khan

It was a sweet surprise when we all got to know that B-town now has a mini King Khan. Yes, we’re talking about SRK and Gauri’s third child, AbRam Khan. The little one was born years after the celebrity couples first two children – Aryan and Suhana. While Aryan means “warrior” and Suhana means “charming” these are not names that we haven’t heard very often. SRK explains the unique name AbRam as a variation of the prophet’s name Abraham. He also had told that he likes the secularity of the name since it has “Ram” in it too. SRK and Gauri are one of those strong couples in Bollywood who got married after defying all the religious prejudices there is.

Shilpa Shetty And Raj Kundra

Shilpa and Raj named their son “Viaan” which means “full of life and energy.” Now that’s a unique and beautiful name. They just raised the standard of the naming game a lot higher.

The Nawabi Prince was born on December 20th, 2016 and his parents chose one of the most unique names for him- Taimur! “Taimur” means iron in Arabic. Also, Timur is the name of a Turco-Mongol conqueror whose name was pronounced as Taimur too.

Bollywood’s Queen Rani and the forever amazing director Aditya Chopra name their baby girl “Adira.” It’s a simple name that has parts of both mommy and daddy’s names- “Adi” and “Ra.” That’s such a wonderful thought! It just fits right, isn’t it?

Shahid Kapoor And Mira Rajput

Rani and Aditya aren’t the only ones to go with the derivation name. When Shahid and Mira Kapoor had their first baby, they named her “Misha.” “Mi” from Mira and “Sha” from Shahid. Little Misha is a big sister now and the celebrity couple named their little son Zain Kapoor. Is anybody thinking of Zayn Malik now? *LOL*

Baby name inspiration anyone?

It’s just a matter of time that these little babies grow up and follow their dreams. Well, we might be able to see at least some of them follow their parents’ footsteps and before we know it everyone would want to name their kids Taimur or Misha! What is the most unique and beautiful name you’ve heard?
