To use it as a body scrub, take 3-4 tablespoons of salt and add it to a half cup of coconut oil or olive oil. Mix both the ingredients well until it a thick paste is formed. You can even add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to this mixture. Apply this scrub to your entire body and then scrub it gently using a loofah. You can even use your palm to massage gently. Wash it off with water and then apply a moisturizing lotion.

To use it as a face mask, take four teaspoons of raw honey and add two teaspoons of sea salt to it. Mix well until it forms a spreadable paste. Wash your face, pat dry, and apply it evenly on your face and neck. Leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.
