NOTE: This lemon diet is not recommended for people who are suffering from gastrointestinal problems. Also, the diet is not recommended after childbirth as it is very low in calories. You have to drink this juice before breakfast. Eat foods that are rich in protein for breakfast. You can eat egg white,s oats, quinoa or half a bowl of fresh fruits as breakfast.

For lunch, you can have chicken salad or tuna salad with mushroom soup.

Have fresh fruits or green tea in the evening. This will help the detoxification process, and at night, you can eat grilled chicken or grilled fish.
