This rice water exfoliant will leave you with clean and wonderfully fresh skin that you’ll love to touch!

Ingredients:
  • 1/4th cup remains of rice.
  • 1/4th cup or 62ml of rice water.
  • 1 tbsp. of coconut oil.
  • 4 drops of lavender oil.
Method:
  • Plug in your blender and add all the ingredients from the list, apart from the rice, and beat for a couple of seconds. Then add the rice and beat again till the mixture acquires a creamy consistency.
  • Once ready, pour this mixture into a glass jar and put it in the fridge to use later. You can use this mixture for up to two days straight once you refrigerate it.
How To Use:
  • The application process of this exfoliant is just like any other. Take a little bit of mixture on your palms and rub it on your face, using both your hands to help spread it evenly. You can also use this rice water exfoliant for other problem areas of your body without worrying.
  • Allow the exfoliant to sit for around the next 10 minutes. After that, massage your skin again so that all the dead skin cells can be removed.
  • Next, once the exfoliant hardens, rinse it off with warm water. This’ll help open your pores so that all the impurities and leftovers of the exfoliant can be washed away.
  • Bear in mind, however, that you should not use the rice water exfoliant for more than thrice a week as it can dry your skin out.
