For this scrub, you’ll have to mix 3 tbsps. of sea salt with 1/4th cup of shower gel and 5 drops of an essential oil of your choice. Before applying the mixture, steam your feet. Next, massage your feet gently with the scrub and let it stay for 10 minutes. Wash off with warm water and top it off with a moisturizing cream.

To make the scrub, blend one tomato and add 3 tbsps. of sea salt as well as 5 small drops of olive oil to it. Mix all of them together and apply the scrub on your feet, paying special attention to the heels. Keep it on for 10 minutes and wash off with warm water.

Mix the two with 3 tbsps. of sea salt to form a thick scrub. Rub it on your feet after steaming them and then cleanse with water.

All you have to do is make a mixture of 1 tbsp. of freshly ground coffee, 2 tbsps. of coconut oil and 1 tsp. of sea salt. Massage this scrub gently on your feet for no longer than 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

You can soften rough, hard feet with the help of this brown sugar foot scrub. Take a bowl and mix 1 tbsp. of brown sugar, 1 tbsp. of cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. of coffee powder and 1 tbsp. of cinnamon powder together. Add ½ tsp. of nutmeg and ground ginger each along with 2 tbsps. of almond oil. Mix well together and apply to your feet that have been freshly steamed. Rinse off after waiting for 5 minutes.

For this specific, foot nourishing scrub, you’ll need to combine 3 tbsps. of olive oil with 2 tbsps. of sea salt and 1 tbsp. of honey. Once mixed, you can apply the scrub on your feet after steaming them with the help of a hot towel. The salt and honey scrub is quite effective in healing cracked feet.

This delicious scrub will have you salivating, but try not to eat it! Mash two strawberries to a pulp and mix them with ½ a cup of sugar granules and 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Massage on cleansed feet in gentle motions for 5 minutes before washing off.

To prepare this scrub, you’ll have to mix ½ a tsp. of lavender essential oil with ½ a cup of rapeseed oil, 1 cup of bath salts and 2 tbsps. of buds of lavender.
