The first thing that comes to mind when someone talks about the Thanksgiving holiday is the big stuffed turkey that is prepared. Poultry, stuffed vegetables, sweets, and a whole lot of scrumptious food is what makes this holiday a special one. Thanksgiving traditions include friends and family coming together from near and far to celebrate the holiday together. This year, with a global pandemic, it might not be possible to do so. If you’re a F.R.I.E.N.D.S fan, you will recall how Chandler prides himself on making the Cranberry Sauce, and Monica says that a monkey could have made it. We agree with Monica because it’s just that simple!

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces of cranberry
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup of orange juice

Method:

  • Take a medium-sized saucepan and heat.
  • Once it is heated to a medium temperature, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice.
  • Stir in the cranberries and wait until it starts to pop (about 10 minutes).
  • Remove the saucepan from the stove and keep aside to cool.
  • As it cools, the cranberry sauce will thicken.
