7 Things That Should Be On The Bucket List Of Every Fitness-Obsessed Girl
Creating a bucket list for things you love to do makes you focus more on your target; and there is always something that you can look forward to. Here are seven things that should be on the bucket list of every fitness-obsessed girl.
1. Go For An Adventurous Hike
There is something so rewarding and peaceful about going on a mountain hike. The serenity and the breathtaking views will inspire you to go for it again and again. There are a few places where you can even bungee jump off a bridge! Try them all.
2. Run A Marathon
Running a marathon can be a classic goal for those who want to get into running. The long distance covered during the marathon gives you a feel a real sense of accomplishment and also benefits you physiologically.
You can make this goal more bucket list worthy by signing up for a marathon in a beautiful destination like Ireland.
3. Master Atleast Three Polymetric Moves
Adding polymetric moves, i.e., jump training to your daily workouts boosts fat-burning and also uses the muscles that you don’t tap while performing endurance moves.
Try squat hops or slalom hops before you start your workout and after the warm-up. Repeat each jump for at least 10 seconds. This will not only help in burning fat but will also teach to how to decelerate your movement rapidly and reaccelerate again in the opposite direction.
4. Try The CrossFit Workout
CrossFit-inspired workouts blast the fat and sculpt the muscles in no time. They are travel-friendly, and require no special place or special equipment, and no other excuses! Try them out and make your fitness regime fun.
5. Learn To Swim
Swimming has many positive impacts on the body fat and insulin levels. If you’re not an aqua woman, then start from basic classes. Group training will keep you motivated and social.
6. Master Atleast 5 Yoga Poses
Yoga is another workout that requires minimal equipment and helps in stretching the body without stressing the joints. It also improves the posture of the body and decreases the stress levels.
Go for yoga classes and try to master some good poses like Tadasana (Mountain Pose) and Dhanurasana (Bow Pose).
7. Do 10 Pull-Ups
Pull-ups are tough to practice, and that’s why they are included in military training. Most women can’t even do one pull-up properly. In our daily activities, we tend to do more push-ups than pull ups, so try learning pull-ups. Keep a target of 10.
Once you reach that, you can increase your target.
These are a few things that can be on the bucket list of a fitness-obsessed girl. Are you fitness obsessed? Do you have a bucket list, and if yes, what are the things included in your list?
